The OU Thetas hail from a wide variety of hometowns! In addition, to Oklahoma City and Tulsa, hometowns include Edmond, Norman, Ada, Valliant, Watonga, Bartlesville, Piedmont, Cushing, Sulphur, Broken Arrow, Sand Springs, Ramona, Claremore, Davis, Shawnee, Guthrie, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Ardmore, Del City, Stillwater, Elk City, Lindsay, Thomas, and Altus- to name a few!
Close to one quarter of the University of Oklahoma Kappa Alpha Theta membership is from the great state of Texas! Those cities include Houston, Dallas, Ft. Worth, Katy, Richardson, Coppell, Tyler, Midland, Grapevine, Plano, Arlington, Denison, Sherman, Borger, Panhandle, Garland, and Austin!
We also have members from across the United States, these include New York, Louisiana, California, and Illinois!
Our membership is represented by over 40 majors!
In a recent survey, the most popular majors in our chapter were Nursing, Business-Management, Health and Sport Sciences, Elementary Education, Speech Pathology, and Business-Marketing.

Every year, Theta’s hard word is rewarded with prestigious awards and accomplishments. Theta received First Place in Grades (Fall 2008), and First Place in Sooner Scandals (Spring 2009)!

Every year, many members choose to study abroad. Countries traveled to include England, Spain, Germany, France, Ireland, Mexico, and Italy!
