EXECUTIVE REPORTS

VP Administration: Madison Motley

-Thursday March 5th-Monday March 9th our ELC will be coming to stay with us. Her name is Kristi Twiss, all officers will meet with her while she's here. She needs to stay in house, so one of you wonderful women to give up your room for the ELC. Whoever is kind enough to help me out with receive a gift from Theta.

Carrie Bugg: VP Membership

-Camp Crimson applications are out! they are due Wednesday February 18th at 5:00 PM in the student life office. There are three sessions this year, the dates are as follows: -Boomer Session July 16-18 -Sooner Session July 23-25 -OKU Session July 30-August 1 -There are a few training sessions required for councelors a couple of sundays in march and april from 3-6 PM.

McKenzie Cate: VP Development

Freshmen need to fill out and return the Emergency Contact car for Kite & Key by Friday January 30th at midnight to room #221. Call me if you have any questions at (918)269-1495. Please also return your President's Trophy Survey to me if you haven't.

Hayley Spencer: VP Panhellenic

Dance Marathon will be Friday February 6th from 4PM to Midnight at the Huff. To register go to www.kidsmiracles.org/ou and join "Kappa Alpha Theta" team The registration fee is $20 until Feb 1st where it goes up to $30 a person. -All freshmen and sophomores must register, juniors and seniors are encouraged to do the same. -Excuses are due Friday January 30th at midnight to Hayley.M.Spencer-1@ou.edu

Kara Krittenbrink: VP Finance

There is a list of fines on the second floor bulletin board, everyone is encouraged to check the list. -Your options to attend kite and key are as follows: 1)Pay the full fine by Friday January 30th to the Finance Office 2)Attend a service event Friday January 30th at 4pm -Special payment forms are due Tuesday at Midnight to Kelsey Gossett Room 311

Morgan Taylor: VP Public Relations

This Thursday is Theta Thursday in the dining room at 9:00. -Casa Del Theta will be March 11th from 5-7PM. Fill out an application if you are interested in being part of the committee. Return to the second floor bulletin board by Sunday Feb 1st at 12:00. -The Founders Day Ceremony will be at 7PM this Tuesday

Kite&Key departure times are as follows Senior/Freshmen 8:00PM and Sophomores/Juniors 9:45PM

Keep turning in your test files, and make sure if you use them you make a copy of them Congrats to PC07 for winning the A bows competition. Your party will be Wednesday night at 8PM.

Holly Berrigan:Multi Cultural Chair

-the FFSA is throwing a Moulin Rouge party this Friday at Club 101 bar and grill! You can buy tickets at the door for $5 and it will go from 10PM-2AM. You must have your college ID and state ID to enter. -There is also an italian Club Night Wednesday January 28th at 7:30PM in Dale Hall Tower 9th floor. You can come check it out or join for just $5!

Kelsey Pennel

Travis is coming back this week! he will be here every tuesday and thursday from 4:15-5:15. There will be one from 4:15-4:45 and one from 4:45-5:15. It is $5 for the whole week! Email me at kelseypennell@ou.edu if you have questions.
